Lawsuit response

Counterclaim served

A counterclaim has now been served in response to the lawsuit filed by Samaritan Hospital against the northeast health claims web page. The counterclaim alleges that the hospital's management withheld pages from Lisa's medical records.

The hospital's lawyers have been given until early next week to agree to discuss a possible settlement. If they don't, the claim will be filed and litigation will begin.
